Traction Equipment was established in Stafford in 1972 as an independent Tool Hire Company. Traction still retains its independence and serves the Stafford locality and surrounding county of Staffordshire.
Customer Service has always been the focus at Traction and remains so today with every employee dedicated to meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations with a high standard of quality of service. In 1993 our quality of service was recognised by the British Standards Institute with accreditation to BS5750 Quality Assurance, our commitment to quality over the years has meant that we are now accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2015.
Payments & Periods of Hire
The Plant and Equipment can be hired by the day, for the weekend or by the working week or 7 day week. If you do not return the Plant and Equipment to us by the times set out below then we will be entitled to charge you for an additional day’s (or days’) hire.
The latest times, by which the Plant and Equipment must be returned, unless we are collecting it, are as follows:
| Plant & Equipment hired for a day | Must be returned within 24 hours |
| Plant & Equipment hired for a weekend | Must be returned by 10:30 am on Monday morning |
| Plant & Equipment hired for a “working week”(Monday – Friday) | Must be returned by 5:00pm on Friday |
| Plant & Equipment hired for a week | Must be returned by the same time the following week |
Unless otherwise advised and for the purpose of clarity, all rates quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
